Just had John install a "Comfort Height" toliet. Called on a Wens. afternoon and, had it in my house on Friday morning. Friendly office girls, friendly installer who cleaned up after himself and, was very knowledgeable and, personable. Product was made in the USA and, I didn't have to dispose of the old one. I would recommend Hinrichs Plumbing & Heating.
Needed a plumping issue fixed was told a price on the phone and was a lot more when they were done and then they added hours on work order for the ride to the next job. RIDICULOUS!! Shane was very rude,dishonest and arrogant. I paid them for travel time from their last job to mine and paid for them going to the next one...Only problem is there charging the next customer the same thing so there double paid for travel. Will not do business with again
